Fla.’s housing market: Median prices rise in Sept.

Year-to-year, median Fla. sales prices rose 11.3% for single-family homes and 6.7% for condos – the 58th month-in-a-row for higher median prices. NAR: Total U.S. home sales rose 3.2% month-to-month and first-time buyer percentages hit a 4-year high.
