We offer numerous 3 & 4 bedroom plans as well as duplexes and welcome modifications to
our floor plans to suit customer requests. All of our homes are built turnkey, meaning the
prices quoted include all materials, lot preparation & fill, labor, permitting and impact fees on
your standard 80 x 125 lot. We work closely with customers to find a lot specific to your
needs, whether it¿s one of our own lots, or one of the numerous lots available in Lee County.
In addition to building a High Quality home, we strive to make the building experience, fast,
easy and affordable. Providing a turnkey price and solution with a single point of contact we
can and do assist in financing, lot location, and the remaining aspects of construction. All

The Builder has been building in Lee County Florida; including Fort Myers,
North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs and San Carlos for over 8 years.
Our employee owned company has over 30 years of construction experience and is
intimately familiar with the Southwest Florida building community, Management Companies,Real Estate Brokerage Firms, Banks & Lenders, Local Chambers of Commerce as well as
State and Local Government agencies.
